Lying on my hotel bed here in Castelnaudary after finding a nice wee restaurant with the local dish cassoulet on their menu. Basically beans and pork and very filling. Think I’ll have an early night and get away sharp in the morning. Tired after today’s long ride and tomorrow will be as long again. Bon nuits mes sweets. XX
